You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email support@ovsupplies.com.au with your order number to start a return. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we cover the return freight. For change of mind, return freight is at your cost and we refund the item price once it is received and checked. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
