A full-size stainless prep table that folds. Open, it is a 1220 × 610 mm two-tier bench at working height with a shelf underneath for tubs and boxes. Folded, the four legs drop down and it slides into a van or against a wall. Top, shelf and legs are 0.8 mm stainless, so it is wiped down like any fixed bench. It weighs 12.55 kg and one person can carry it.

Four rectangular chafers with folding stainless frames in a gold finish. You get two full-size 7.5 litre food pans and four half-size 4 litre pans, so the set can run four separate dishes or two large ones and two pairs of sides. Water pans, lids and a serving clip are in the box. The maker rates the set for at least eight people, and the frames fold for storage.
