A free-standing stainless shelving unit for a dry store, cool room or prep area. Five tiers, each 1186 by 430 mm and rated to 150 kg, on 1830 mm posts. The shelves have vent holes so air moves around stored food, a cross beam at the back stabilises the frame, and every tier can be moved up or down in 50 mm steps or left out to make room for a tall bin. Adjustable feet take up an uneven floor.

Fix the tiers and the columns together with the screws, using the tools in the box, then wind the feet to level it. Two people make standing it up easier.
A dry store is only as good as its shelving, and wire racks were never meant to hold flour.
This is a solid-shelf stainless unit for the storeroom, the cool room or the wall behind the prep bench. Each of the five tiers is 1186 by 430 mm and rated to 150 kg, which is a tier of flour bags or a row of 20 litre buckets. The shelves have vent holes, so air still moves around stored food, and a cross beam at the back stabilises the frame when it is loaded.
The tiers adjust in 50 mm steps, so they go where the stock needs them. Leave one out and a tall ingredient bin or a bun pan rack slides underneath. It stands on adjustable feet rather than castors, which is what you want for a unit that is loaded to the top and never moved. It weighs 23.8 kg and goes together with the tools in the box.
What this usually leaves the warehouse with.

Wire shelving lets a bag of flour sag through and a small jar tip over. These tiers are solid stainless with vent holes, so they carry a flat load and still let air circulate in a cool room. Each tier is rated to 150 kg without a centre support getting in the way.

The tiers adjust in 50 mm steps. Set a low gap for cans and jars, a tall gap for 20 litre buckets, and leave a middle tier out altogether if a tall bin lives there. Changing a tier later is a matter of undoing the screws, which beats living with the wrong spacing for five years.

A cross beam across the back stabilises the frame once it is loaded, and the feet adjust to sit level on a floor that slopes to a drain. It is brushed stainless, so it lives in a cool room or a wash-down area without rusting at the feet the way painted racks do.
Ratings are per tier. Put the heaviest stock on the lowest tiers so the unit stays planted.
One size. The layout is yours: five tiers at the standard 360 mm gap as supplied, or fewer tiers with taller gaps for buckets and bins.

It is stainless with vented shelves, so it resists rust in the cold and damp and it lets chilled air move around the stock. Leave a gap between the back of the unit and the wall so air can circulate.
It comes with adjustable feet and is designed to stand still under load. It is not a mobile unit. If you need shelving that moves, look at a bun pan rack for trays or a mobile work table for gear.
150 kg per tier, which the maker gives as an average load. That is a tier full of flour bags or a row of 20 litre buckets. Do not stand a single 150 kg item in the middle of a tier; heavy point loads belong over the columns.
Yes. The maker suggests detaching the middle tiers to store larger objects. Keep the top and bottom tiers and place the middle ones wherever the stock needs them, or leave one out for a tall bin.
They stand next to each other at 1200 mm each, but they do not bolt together. Level both with their feet. Two units make a 2.4 m run, which suits most small dry stores.
