Three 25 litre bins for flour, sugar, rice and anything else that arrives in a sack. Each has a latching airtight lid with a clear window and scale lines so you can see what is left, a scoop, and detachable wheels so a full bin rolls out from under the bench. Food-grade polypropylene, stackable, and easy to clean. Each bin holds about 20 kg of rice.
Free delivery to most addresses in NSW, ACT, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia; enter your postcode at checkout to confirm. We do not deliver to Tasmania or the Northern Territory yet. Dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Return within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund.
Wash the bins in warm soapy water, fit the detachable wheels underneath, fill, and keep the scoop inside. Label the front with tape or a marker; the lids are the same across the set.
Bulk ingredients are cheaper by the sack and worthless once the sack gets damp. These bins keep the saving.
Each bin takes 25 litres, which is about 20 kg of rice. The lid latches down tight, so what is inside stays dry and nothing gets in that should not. A clear window with scale lines shows how much is left without opening up, and a scoop comes with each bin.
The wheels are detachable, so a full bin rolls out from under the bench and back again, or take them off and the bins stack. The polypropylene is food grade and BPA free, it is easy to clean, and the flat top takes a row of spice jars or the next bin up.
What this usually leaves the warehouse with.

The lid latches down tight, so flour stays dry through a humid summer and rice stays out of reach of moths and mice. A clear panel in the lid with scale lines tells you how much is left from across the kitchen. Nothing to unlatch just to check.

Detachable wheels under each bin, so 20 kg of rice rolls out from under the bench without lifting. Pull the wheels and the bins stack, which is how they store in a dry room. The flat top takes a row of jars or the next bin. Three bins side by side take about 1,080 mm of bench width.

Pizzerias keep flour, semolina and sugar in them. Cafes use them for coffee beans and rice. Home bakers and dog owners use them for the same reason a bakery does: a 20 kg bag is cheaper than four 5 kg bags, and only if it stays dry. Food-grade polypropylene, BPA free, easy to clean.
Capacity by weight depends on what you put in. Rice packs densest; flour and coffee beans take more room for the same weight.
The 25 litre bins are the right size for anything that comes in a 20 kg sack. The smaller pair suits a cafe or home kitchen where the sacks are 10 kg.

Ready to use out of the box.
About 20 kg of rice, which is the figure the maker gives. Flour is lighter for its volume than rice, so a 20 kg bag of flour may leave some in the sack. Semolina and sugar sit between the two.
The lid latches down tight and the maker describes it as airtight against damp and insects. It is not a vacuum, so ground coffee still goes stale over weeks, but flour, rice and sugar keep for as long as they would in an unopened sack.
Each bin is 460 mm tall and 360 mm wide, so check the clearance under your bench. Three side by side take about 1,080 mm of width.
They are too big for most dishwashers. Wash them with warm soapy water, rinse and dry with the lid off.
The polypropylene is food grade and BPA free, the same material as commercial food storage containers. They are sold for pet food as well, which is why the listing mentions dogs; the bins are the same either way.
