A floor-standing planetary mixer with a 550 W gear-driven motor, a 14 litre stainless bowl and three speeds for kneading, mixing and whipping. Comes with a dough hook, flat beater and wire whisk. The bowl lifts on a lever, the guard stops the machine when it is opened, and every part that touches food is food-grade stainless.

A low, square stainless stand made to carry one heavy appliance. At 660 mm to the top it puts the bowl of a floor mixer, the door of a countertop oven or the hopper of a grinder at a comfortable working height, and a 50 mm lip on three sides stops the machine creeping off the back. The lower shelf sets at three heights for the attachments and bowls that go with it.

A half-height aluminium rack that holds ten full-size sheet pans or twenty half-size, on four castors with brakes on the rear pair. Rated to 240 kg across the rack, 34 kg a tier. It is the rack that moves trays from the mixer to the oven to the cooling wall, and at 985 mm tall it is about bench height, so it doubles as one.

Three 25 litre bins for flour, sugar, rice and anything else that arrives in a sack. Each has a latching airtight lid with a clear window and scale lines so you can see what is left, a scoop, and detachable wheels so a full bin rolls out from under the bench. Food-grade polypropylene, stackable, and easy to clean. Each bin holds about 20 kg of rice.

A two-tier stainless steel work bench for commercial kitchens, prep rooms and anywhere else that needs a surface you can hose down. Rolled edges, a rear splashback, a lower shelf that clamps at three heights, five hooks on the end rail and a top rated to 254 kg.
